Staff Win Tickets to Patron’s Lunch
RHN staff attending the Queen’s 90th birthday celebratory Patron’s Lunch
Occupational therapy swept the board when Anna Jones and Susie Wilford’s names were drawn by Chief Executive Paul Allen, assisted by domestic assistant Marianna Szabo, to each win a pair of tickets to The Patron’s Lunch.
On Sunday 12 June 2016, The Mall in St James’s Park will be transformed for its largest ever street party to celebrate The Queen’s patronage of over 600 charities and organisations on the occasion of her 90th birthday.
The Patron’s Lunch will be an iconic event recognising the unrelenting support and service our Monarch has given to the community over her 63 year reign. This commitment to helping others is the reason for a National and Commonwealth wide celebration, with the very people she has helped over the decades at the centre of the event.
We are encouraging local residents to celebrate not only Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th Birthday, but also her long-standing patronage of the RHN.
To help local supporters organise the best street party possible, we have put together a Street Party Pack covering practicalities such as licenses and applications, as well as ideas and suggestions for the brightest celebrations. Packs will be sent out to supporters in the Putney area, and further afield anyone can download the guide from our website.
We hope that these parties will raise vital funds to support the work of the RHN, helping our profoundly disabled patients enjoy the highest possible quality of live following a brain injury or neurological illness.
