This comprehensive one-day course explore how Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) is used alongside other music therapy methods in programmes of music therapy with people with a neuro disability. Participants will engage with compelling presentations showcasing individual and clinical work across diverse domains, including cognitive, physical, speech, and emotional interventions. In addition to the informative sessions, the course will feature an interactive workshop element, allowing participants to apply their learning in a hands-on setting.
While the course is primarily aimed at music therapists and music therapy students, it promises to be equally enriching for other healthcare professionals interested in expanding their understanding of music therapy’s transformative potential.
